Google Good Review:  I’ve been training in this style of tai chi for over 20 years. The 13 Dynamics approach is a perfect fit for me because it is focused on traditional Hong Kong style martial Tai Chi which develops powerful self defence skills – which I need to use on occasion in my working life as a bouncer/bodyguard/security operative. There’s also an amazing array of training for improving physical and mental health too. All in all this Tai Chi system is awesome.
