Google Bad Review 1:  In response to owner, there is NO boundary dispute and you have acknowledged that you need to make good 2 posts, and 2 months on, we are still waiting. You haven’t even erected the posts on the boundary line! You are 6 inches on our garden. That’s some way off! You have no right to change a boundary line. If you couldn’t erect the new fence on the line of the old fence, then you should have left the old fence in Situ!! Luckily for us, the neighbours property is slightly raised a couple of inches higher than our garden, and the line is clearly marked. As agreed- we paid you and you have to put the posts where they belong. You haven’t as the owner, even bothered to come out to see for yourself. An inch or two acceptable but half a foot is a plant pot! And there are 3 posts that need repositioning. Contrary to what you think without even seeing it.

Although the quality of workmanship is good, I would urge anybody who has had a fence put up by this company to check your boundary! When I pointed out that the fence posts were half a foot out, they were appalled that I expect them to put it right. The fencers were offered the land registry deeds to measure the boundary but refused them. And the man who came out to check what I was talking about tried to tell me where my boundary was without checking the property deeds. His comment was, ‘they’re only fencers, they don’t understand this stuff’. And still waiting for them to come and put it right. I had always used Kudos for my external work, well I guess success syndrome has set in. Just take the money never mind if the customer is not happy. Disgusting attitude to the error they have made.
