Google Bad Review 1: Very poor communication and attention to detail. I was asked to fill out a lengthy questionnaire before the call, which was clearly not read and was evident throughout the call. Very shocked this caller from an architect struggled with understanding which direction I wanted to extend, when I said forward aka front of the house. Definetely a waste of time!

Google Bad Review (2): I don't make a habit of writing reviews but I felt I had to warn any prospective clients. Do NOT chose Resi for any services. The whole process was tedious enough with constant upsells every step of the way but they recommended a building company who were complete cowboys, have defrauded me out of tens of thousands of pounds and have stolen my private property. Very hands off once this was reported. The only reason I chose Resi is to make the building work less stressful and it turned into a nightmare with legal consequences.
