Google Bad Review 1: I needed to get some glasses fixed and the optician told me over the phone he would need to see them (fair enough!). The first time I went just before 1 and the shop was closed for lunch from 1-2. The second time I went, I was told the optician was not in. When I asked when they would be in, I was told definitely Thursday but other than that, they were pretty unsure. I asked if they would be there Saturday and they said probably but had no idea. So I called before going the 3rd time and the optician was actually there! I showed them my glasses and they assured me they could fix them, which would make all my journeys worth it. I could even overlook the constant attempts to sell me on new glasses and other products I didn't need. They then called me over a week later and told me they couldn't fix them so I should come pick up the glasses after all. So 4 visits and no fixed glasses.

Google Bad Review (2): DO NOT EVER USE THIS SHOP. Unreliable, and the optician is never there to provide any help. I went on a Saturday afternoon and was told he had gone home early. I went back on Monday morning and was told he hadn't yet arrived. I sent an email to provide feedback and received no acknowledgement. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE .
I went to CLEARVISION ON COLDHABOUR LANE. They are brilliant.
BRIXTON EYE CARE CENTRE IS A WASTE OF TIME and I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU EVER COME HERE.
