Google Bad Review 1:  If you don't want to experience troubles, I strongly recommend you avoid this agency. The tenants have very few, if any, protection and their contracts protect exclusively the landlord. I had to go through many problems in order to leave, and I had to contact Citizen Advice and Shelter to have some advice on how to deal with them. They don't make any refund, and to get my deposit back I had to threaten them (after much more than 10 working days, as the contract states). Plus, the cost of their properties is much higher compared to the rest of the market and once I moved in I realised everything was broken and the room was therefore in awful conditions. The agents told me they would fix all the problems, which they didn't. Last, they declare they don't charge the tenants any fees, while in reality they charge the tenant 30£ to “protect” the deposit, and they charged me of professional cleaning cost which they'll never do. You're welcome.

Google Bad Review (2):  Please avoid Fulham Rentals. They say they charge no fees but they charged us a £30 security deposit fee which we never saw back and also when we were refunded our deposit they kept £20 without telling us why or what it was for. The room we were in was full of mould. They eventually replaced a tatty old bed with a new one where the mattress couldn't have been more than an inch thick. I couldn't sleep as the metal bedframe kept digging into my back. When I complained they suggested I buy a mattress protector. They never replaced a radiator in the bathroom that didn't work and the other tenants said it wasn't worth complaining as they never did anything.
There are lots of other cheaper rental companies out there so please avoid Fulham Rentals like the plague.
