Google Bad Review 1:  Terribly disappointing – purchased a very expensive dining room table the top of which is coated and chips off at the slightest touch. Go Modern was less than interested in the problem and did little to intervene with the manufacturer and absolved themselves of selling us a table which is entirely non-functional and not fit for purpose. It should have been sold as a piece of art!

Google Bad Review (2):  Worst customer service possible, I ordered Jesse Wardrobes from them around 7 years ago now and the experience then was also bad but I recently had to deal with them again for an adjustment to one of the wardrobes. Incompetent sales people, total lack of customer service, in the end i got my money refunded for the majority of the order because after a couple of months they couldn't work out how to fulfil it. I now have new drawers in my wardrobe that catch the door when they are opened, missing a rack, and one hinge is hanging off. Highly recommend not to deal with them
