Google Bad Review: What an absolute shocking experience, where do I start? I have stayed in this hotel on many occasions in the past and never experienced such foul mannered staff and dirty rooms. I'm actually contemplating phoning my credit card company and requesting my money back. The reception staff are utterly atrocious, not to even mention the new ‘management'. The new guy has no care in the world for new or old customers. I was always made to feel welcome and that special regular service – not anymore. On top of this, it was demanded that I prove my ID? Never have I been asked for this whilst staying in this hotel. Staff are very argumentative and seem to not know what's going on in the hotel themselves.. the rooms have become aged and not looked after.. I don't understand how a hotel can fail so miserably in a year. Bless the old staff who I say hello to, the handy man is always polite to me. Really upsetting as I was a regular and now have to find a new hotel in the area.
