Google Bad Review 1: – Agents ignoring your calls and emails.
– you pay £125 pp for references but guess what, they're not going to do it for you. You have to provide them with all of it.
– adamantly informing you 10 minutes before you're due to move in that your check in has been moved to the next week. Apparently having an argument helps a lot as it has been reluctantly resolved within 30 mins.
– chasing you for rent even though you have settled it a few prior, because it's hard to check their emails.

Google Bad Review (2): Unbelievely extortionate fees for an absolutely abysmal service. Staff are rude and completely unresponsive to emails. We had to pay £800 of ‘admin' fees to move into our flat, I cannot understand what that money has gone towards.
