Google Bad Review 1: With much disappointment I must say what a let down from a company I was a dedicated fan of for years! Half of our house is furnished with Jonathan’s creations as I admire his design, his fun and funky approach to life which totally resonates with mine!
Unfortunately it takes only one mishandling of the order to lose the trust of a dedicated customer.
Being in luxury market is not always easy, as we, your customers, are demanding. But this is part of the game, which you miserably failed to my greatest disappointment!
Adore Jonathan’s design, but your logistics, total disorganisation when the left hand doesn't know what the right one is doing, let the brand and reputation down. I would warn anyone to think twice before spending money with you.

Google Bad Review (2): This store has no decency or actually does not bother to pack/wrap the items of furniture they send to people’s homes. This store sells luxury furniture without offering any customer service. They sell luxury but they are so cheap that they don’t even want to spend time & packing materials when delivering to clients. We are talking about a store in central expensive Chelsea part of London, not some third world country location! I bought – truth be said – 2 armchairs on sale. However still expensive. So these people thought that because I bought these chairs on sale, they don’t have to pack them at all! I received them with no cover whatsoever, left at the door.
