Google Bad Review 1: Maybe she’s good at tenting microblading and charges upon that, I’m a shy polite person I went in to do my eyebrows threading £ 25 !!!! I have very thick eyebrows and want to shape them nicely and they are thick enough to do so, I came out with major different shapes on each one I think Suman should reduce her pricing for threading to £8 like the average because she knows how to thread so do I ! But like me SHE HAD NO CLUE HOW TO SHAPE THEM WITH THREADING I’m now having to wait for months to grow them again. Shame on the 25 pounds what a waste of money and time.

Google Bad Review (2): Suman had her studio call to let me know she would not make my appointment 1 hour before my appointment time. I find it incredibly unprofessional. As clients, we’re expected to notify Suman 48 hours in advance if we need to cancel our appointment, but Suman is able to cancel 1 hour prior. She offered to see me at 3:30 (my original appointment time was 11:45) as if I already hadn’t planned my day around my appointment.
In essence, this would not have been a one time appointment. I was planning to get my eyebrows tinted and shaped, and ultimately wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed (£600). Please don’t waste your time with Suman because she clearly doesn’t value others’ time. I’m happy to take my money elsewhere.
