Google Bad Review 1:  Absolutely awful customer service at this clinic. I booked my appointment 2 weeks beforehand and explained my medical history in detail. After driving up from Wales on the day was told I could not have the treatment due to some medication I was taking. The receptionist wasn't the least bit sympathetic. Safe to say I will not be stepping foot inside this clinic again

Google Bad Review (2):  Used to have an amazing girl working there, so used to go religiously for 2 years, every month. Last time, had gone to another beautician, who had burned my skin with a ‘complimentary’ treatment. When I complained to the manager, she only booked me a whole week after my appointment to ‘look at’ my skin, suggesting she didn’t believe my burn, even though I had sent very clear pictures, from all angles. Skin had become more congested, and too aggressive with the extractions. Very very disappointing, and will not be going back. Highly DO NOT recommend this place. Not professional and poor customer service.
