Google Bad Review 1:  Absolutely dreadful – installed the wrong carpet!! 3 hours late to fitting. Horrendous communication at every single stage – constantly had to chase them to get responses to messages and emails. Such a shame as their fitters are pleasant and do a good job. Head office lets them down at every stage, really need to re-asses the way they do business. Full of excuses for their failures, and seem to blame the customer rather than take responsibility themselves – definitely avoid.

Google Bad Review (2):  Useless. Made my way to the store especially, picked out some samples, wrote the numbers down to be ordered and then total confusion. I heard nothing for days, and had to chase. The same salesman was bad tempered and incompetent and had done nothing except lose the item numbers I needed, palming off responsibility on the carpet rep. A total waste of time dealing with this store, bad service, avoid.
