Google Bad Review 1: Fails information in ads, only found out at the last minute at the moment we were about the sign the paperwork.
We were looking for an appartment and contacted several Foxtons offices for viewings on their listings. Some were helpful, but the one from Foxtons Pimlico & Westminster Estate Agents where highly unprofessional. Right before we signed everything (literally a few minutes away), they suddenly said “oh btw, you need to allow the landlord or agent to come visit with some people interested in buying the property for about 2-3 times a week”. We already had all our documents sne dover to foxtons, including pasports, income statements etc and did the viewing and then they suddenly announce this ‘detail' in their eyes right before were about to sign. I called with the manager of the office and he said he would solve the situation and call me back in 20 minutes (they had my phone number and had previously called me back on something when they still pretended everything about the property was normal). In the end, about a week later, no contact at all. We've been mislead, straight out lied to, and even the manager fails to act professionally. Maybe it's just this Foxtons Pimlico & Westminster Estate Agents office, but for us we wouldn't recommend Foxtons to anyone.

Google Bad Review (2): Absolutely horrified at this branch of Foxtons and their procedures. My partner is 6 months pregnant. Despite being informed and frequently agreeing to visits from new potential tenants, Foxtons acted disgracefully in visiting the premises with NO notice. Where notice was given permission was always granted. Despite this, they still took advantage and turned up when it suited them. Had my partner not been at home on one of the days by chance we would never have known about these secret visits. We began monitoring this closely and can recite at least 5 occasions the flat was accessed without her knowledge. When discussed with the office the treatment towards her was disgusting and I would strongly recommend people are not sold on the brand name. Horrific customer service. Disgraceful treatment of a pregnant lady. Invasion of privacy. I hope you got your commission.
