Google Bad Review 1:  100% THE WORST lettings agency I have ever had to work with. They move you into dirty (but very expensive) flat where the is human faeces in the toilet, default on promises of Internet and television access (very important to have ASAP as we were moving from abroad), don't answer the phone or call you back when requested, getting any information out of them is impossible, they don't respond to maintenance requests in your home and then last of all when tryin to move out they withhold £3000 worth of deposit and give no reason. They are the most rude, unprofessional and scheming company I have ever dealt with and would hate to see anyone have to endure the same treatment. Appalling.

Google Bad Review (2):  I've worked with many letting and estate agents in London. MyLondonHome were the least competent, most aggressive, and in several cases outright bullying towards us. The didn't know the difference between a sub-sale and a contract re-assignment, selling us the former as the latter and even fought with the solicitors to defend their incorrect interpretation. It was only after the solicitors sussed out the details that the agents backed off. They also pulled dirty tricks like emailing at 9am asking for a commitment from us then emailing again mid-afternoon to “confirm our lack of interest.” I will never work with them if there's any breathing alternative.

this is dishonest practice as they have the option to place the listing as Sold subject to contract …I spent hours researching the property before contacting them so i dont waste their time not knowing that they intended to waste my time even before I clicked on the property

no wonder state agents have bad reputation but you would think this kind of practices has been eliminated in this day and age

no wonder state agents have bad reputation but you would think this kind of practices has been eliminated in this day and age

Google Bad Review 1:  100% THE WORST lettings agency I have ever had to work with. They move you into dirty (but very expensive) flat where the is human faeces in the toilet, default on promises of Internet and television access (very important to have ASAP as we were moving from abroad), don't answer the phone or call you back when requested, getting any information out of them is impossible, they don't respond to maintenance requests in your home and then last of all when tryin to move out they withhold £3000 worth of deposit and give no reason. They are the most rude, unprofessional and scheming company I have ever dealt with and would hate to see anyone have to endure the same treatment. Appalling.

Google Bad Review (2):  I've worked with many letting and estate agents in London. MyLondonHome were the least competent, most aggressive, and in several cases outright bullying towards us. The didn't know the difference between a sub-sale and a contract re-assignment, selling us the former as the latter and even fought with the solicitors to defend their incorrect interpretation. It was only after the solicitors sussed out the details that the agents backed off. They also pulled dirty tricks like emailing at 9am asking for a commitment from us then emailing again mid-afternoon to “confirm our lack of interest.” I will never work with them if there's any breathing alternative.

Google Bad Review 1:  I contacted them about a property they had online for 5 months they called me back to say the property is sold now and its showing online because the contract has not been exchanged , in my openion they lept it in porpros as a clickbait

this is dishonest practice as they have the option to place the listing as Sold subject to contract …I spent hours researching the property before contacting them so i dont waste their time not knowing that they intended to waste my time even before I clicked on the property

no wonder state agents have bad reputation but you would think this kind of practices has been eliminated in this day and age

Google Bad Review 1:  100% THE WORST lettings agency I have ever had to work with. They move you into dirty (but very expensive) flat where the is human faeces in the toilet, default on promises of Internet and television access (very important to have ASAP as we were moving from abroad), don't answer the phone or call you back when requested, getting any information out of them is impossible, they don't respond to maintenance requests in your home and then last of all when tryin to move out they withhold £3000 worth of deposit and give no reason. They are the most rude, unprofessional and scheming company I have ever dealt with and would hate to see anyone have to endure the same treatment. Appalling.

Google Bad Review (2):  I've worked with many letting and estate agents in London. MyLondonHome were the least competent, most aggressive, and in several cases outright bullying towards us. The didn't know the difference between a sub-sale and a contract re-assignment, selling us the former as the latter and even fought with the solicitors to defend their incorrect interpretation. It was only after the solicitors sussed out the details that the agents backed off. They also pulled dirty tricks like emailing at 9am asking for a commitment from us then emailing again mid-afternoon to “confirm our lack of interest.” I will never work with them if there's any breathing alternative.
