Google Good Review:  After years of going to the gym I felt that I was stuck in a routine where I wasn't getting much out of my training and seeing no improvements. I then decided to begin training with Nico, and couldn't believe the differences I was saw. He gave me a clear training program with a series of both short term goals and long term goals that we would work towards, as well as a detailed nutrition plan. Under his coaching I soon found that my strength was increasing at a faster rate than it ever had before (adding 15 kg to my bench press and 40kg to my squats in under a month!). On top of this I began seeing a noticeable difference in my muscle definition that I didn't expect to see so quickly. Each training session with Nico I feel like I'm getting a proper workout, and that he is helping me achieve my goals. Even better is that with his clear instructions I am no longer picking up the small injuries in the gym I used to with lifting weights! I cannot recommend Nico highly enough and encourage anyone looking to make progress in the gym for whatever reason to see Nico first!
