Google Bad Review 1: Rude reception area. Considering the nature of this clinic I would expect a more sensitive and understanding approach but we walked in to two very rude receptionists and has put us off completely. I walked in with my mum today (14/4/21 at 4ish) bless her she was very nervous and we just got stared at for walking in, no welcoming words, I was snapped at to put a mask on. My mum then shyly asked for some information regarding treatment types and the other receptionist said go on our website. My mum then asked do you have any leaflets we can take a way or anything to read. No on the website was the reply we received. They both continued to stare at us until we just left. It was awkward and unfriendly.

Google Bad Review (2): These are just minoxidil sales people. Had a consultation with them and the lady was abrupt and only interested in signing me up for minoxidil.
If you want minoxidil then go elsewhere…there are plenty of places offering bespoke minoxidil formulas at a fraction of the cost. Don't be fooled….you are paying a very high premium at this places for something that can be gotten at a lot cheaper price.
