Google Bad Review 1: I spent 12 grand here tipped hundreds and recieved a general manager talking to me whilst in the shower.
Items taken out room to be returned hours later.
False items put on bill.
No messages after from eva the general manager when a member of staff took my phone out to the of my hand.
I stayed through Christmas and new years roughly 5 weeks. Many guests complained they offered a dog walking service but no one did it.
I ate on Christmas day here ordering the most expensive bottle of wine didn't even get a smile.
The photos depict the original room I was put in.
The doubles and one up aren't any different from each other it's a scam in price. I know this because the room they gave me the chef accommodated over Christmas. Abysmal to think I would be here for 2 weeks originally. I was upgraded but I paid the price after on my rebooking. I am paying it now with Eva now responding to me when I need to talk to her regarding transfers not made of money and needing to know why she deems chatting with me whilst I'm taking a shower acceptable. Please address photos for what I paid of an original 6k stay.

Google Bad Review (2): SAVE YOUR MONEY – book elsewhere. Looks amazing but you will soon find out why I say this.. Am quite shocked with the staff and management at this hotel. Upon reading this review, i'm sure you will know who left this review Eva.
To be honest, i'd advise against booking this hotel, spend your money at another hotel brand in London, NOT Guardsman.
Very disappointing service in general, down to manners from staff, room service, hospitality.
You wouldn't expect this paying £400 per night.
Very quiet hotel – won't be surprised if this is hotel is closed this year.
Overall room and hotel was clean, but the service from a 4 star hotel would be better than the service from Guardsman. Very moody staff.
To the Guardsman team: I will not be emailing anyone to investigate this matter, so whoever reads this from Guardsman hotel, I highly suggest looking for a new job as this hotel won't be getting very far. I'm generally not a review person as I appreciate service based business but I had to leave this here because I wasn't happy with the service and my stay, and the rest of your future guests should know this.
