Google Bad Review 1:  I am not one to leave a bad review and generally keep off. However i feel that i had to bring this to the attention of people.

They have been managing our development now for a few years and it has really gone down hill since the time they took over. The freeholder seems to have a personal relationship with the director in awarding them the contract.

The management fees charged are ridiculously high, there is no transparency when it comes to how funds are being spent and to add on, any issues raised are never answered or satisfactorily dealt with.

I would keep away from them at any cost!
