Google Bad Review 1:  I was given a vowcher for an express pedicure but it didnt include the foot bath so i paid an extra £10 ontop for the maintenance pedicure.
This was only my second pedicure and the first one i had at another location was good and well priced so i was looking forward to this one.
The water was tepid and my feet were only in it for a few minutes before the hard skin was filed off. I dont really suffer from hard skin and the lady seemed to just have a routine as to where she filed so when she filed my foot, she made it sore and bleed. When it was time for my nails to be done, every thing that was done caused me discomfort from pushing back the cuticles to clipping off the dead skin. There was no pleasure in this pedicure what so ever and i couldnt wait for it to be over! There was no massaging my feet either, just a bit of cream rubbed in for a few seconds.
The only time i didnt feel discomfort was when my nails were being painted but even then, when the polish went on my skin, the lady removed it with a sharp object which then caused discomfort again!
This place is definately over priced and there is no customer care. I just felt like i was on a conveyor belt.
I was also told to bring open toed shoes as the polish takes a long time to dry! It is January and very cold out and i did not want to walk around in open toed shoes and was thankful it wasnt raining!
My mum has had pedicures at different locations and she said she has never been told to bring open toed shoes as they are supposed to dry them!
Will not be returning!

Google Bad Review (2):  I've been here a few time for leg waxes and have normally had a pleasant experience but my most recent visit will certainly be the last. Due to very heavy traffic I arrived about 5 minutes late, but I received a phone call from them asking me where I was at only a minute past when I was supposed to be there. I know late is late, but I felt they could have dealt with it with more tact. I was then treated like I'd come in half an hour late, and had two aestheticians rather than just one. Perhaps due to cultural differences or a language barrier they treated me very rudely and abruptly. The 3/4 leg was was very rushed and they were done in 10 minutes, and despite having two aestheticians there were large strips that had not been waxed at all. The overall experience was completely unsatisfactory, and the owner himself could do more to be more welcoming, as I find the dynamic in the spa very odd. I will not be returning
