Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely disappointed I visited to Wimbledon dantist. I try to buy a whitening bleach, on the phone they told me specificed price for 3 syringes £80 . When I went to pick them up they charged me £35 each syringes which is £105 . In the end I’m leaving my advice to all of you be earful when you visit there .

Google Bad Review (2): I went in for a routine check up with Ms A. Boland and I was treated in a patronising manner and told I needed 16 fillings, though only a year an a half ago had been to see her and was told no work needed doing. It seems the “16 fillings” was used as a bullying technique to convince me to have x-rays, after which the number of 16 was reduced to 2. However, i was in no pain prior to coming for the check up. But, as I had previously found this dentist friendly and apparently not too pushy, I decided to ignore my better judgement to not have the work done, and agreed to have two of my old fillings re-done. I was told prior to the first filling that it was relatively small so I agreed to have that done first. Immediately after the treatment, the story had changed to a “50% chance the tooth would settle down”. This was not welcome news, but I assumed she was just being cautious. However, as the weeks went by I found I was in extreme pain when biting on the recently re-filled tooth. I asked several times for a free consultation with Ms Boland and was refused a free check up several times. In the end I decided to return to NHS dentists, who advised me I needed a root canal, and they started the pulp treatment for that. So now I have had a root canal at huge expense, and will also require a crown which will cost a considerable amount as well. This whole ordeal has been created by this dentist carelessly drilling a tooth that was not in pain. Had she looked closely at the x-rays before drilling, she should have noticed (as several other dentists had told me), that the nerve in that tooth was very high, and close to the filling, so even though it was a shallow filling, the risk of hitting the nerve was high. Thus, a sensible dentist in my opinion would have left the tooth alone. Nobody can predict the future, and who knows how long that tooth would have been without pain.
