Google Bad Review 1: Our experience so far with Seymour Green is waiting 45 min in front of the property we were supposed to visit, with no news from the agency despite sending emails & calling, and despite they being supposedly open at this time.
The level of unprofessionalism required to not show up at your own viewing AND give no update despite having both our email and phone number is truly staggering.

Google Bad Review (2): Tenant beware: we had a lot of trouble getting our deposit back from Seymour Green at the end of our tenancy – they attempted to deduct a large amount of money for repairs, even though the charges weren't borne out by the inventory. We only got our deposit back in full after a lengthy arbitration process.
