Google Bad Review: I visited this “dental practice” because I had an abscess and facial infection. They gave me a checkup that lasted 1 minute. Then they told me to go to any A&E for treatment and come back (whilst charging me £25). I then found out when I was at the A&E that there's only a few hospitals in London that provide the treatment I needed. I also found out that the antibiotics given to me by the dentist were completely incorrect for my condition.
After wasting a day with an extremely painful infection, I found the correct doctor and received treatment. I then contacted this dentist to organise an apointment for the root canal treatment that they told me to come back for (and is urgently needed if you have an assessed tooth). They then told me “unfortunatley we are unable to take appointments”.
I was sent around in a loop with the incorrect medical guidance and medication. This was incredibly dangerous for my health as the infection is very close to my brain. I strongly advice anyone against this practice. Especially if you have children.
