Google Bad Review 1: If anyone is thinking of joining this group, please be aware of the following. They have a 24 hour cancellation policy, irrespective of reason. If you have the temerity to get sick or be delayed on your way home from work, you will not be refunded. If you try to ring to let them know, you will not be able to get a response from these people by phone, and emails are answered only after repeated attempts at getting a response – after a week or so. They are unwilling to reschedule. Their attitude is truculent and unhelpful. Apparently, ‘A trial session gives us the chance to see how the potential member fits into the group.’ Sadly I was rejected for becoming unwell and then being delayed on the train home (an hour-long journey from work). Save your £5 and go somewhere a bit friendlier. I wouldn't give this even 1 star, by the way D. Edwards who has left the 5 star review below, is actually the guy who runs the club. I feel his review may be some what biased..
