Google Bad Review:  I will preface this by saying that the reception staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. But that’s about it. Having gone there for months, twice a week, for a herniated disc, all I came out with was a lighter wallet. No improvements were made to my well-being, no direction or indication of what future treatment should look like considering what was happening wasn’t working. Not to mention the time actually spent seeing me by dr Michael was abysmal. A two minute assessment twice a week totalling £90. Ludicrous. I could’ve saved myself some money and gotten better results by having a stranger on the street give me a massage.

Google Bad Review 1:  I will preface this by saying that the reception staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly.

Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review):  Marie L

Google Bad Review (2):  I had a consultation with Dr. Michael and two sessions for lower back pain. After the treatments, my pain became worse and I was unable to do simple things like I did before the sessions, such as taking walks and doing groceries. I am in a lot of pain and very depressed because of it.
He also did some neck adjustments, which left me with neck and head spams ever since. Now my head will spasm randomly to one side. It’s so embarrassing, especially when I am talking to people, and I always wonder if it looked bad or if they saw that.
I explained this issue to the Dr. over e-mail and he told me it’s due to dehydration. Well, I’ve never had neck or head spasms in my life until he did the adjustments, no matter how hydrated or dehydrated I was.
I also mentioned to him in an e-mail that after the second adjustment I had dizziness spells and became mentally confused that day and he just seemed to ignore that part of the text, as he gave no reply to that part.
He checked later on me via e-mail and proposing other methods of treatment, basically just me giving more money, as if wasting 170 pounds to be in a worse state wasn’t enough. It’s not even about the money, it’s about more about the head and neck spams that I’m stuck with and the worsening pain.
When I told him I made no further bookings because worsening pain, he didn’t write back anymore.
Please do a good fair of reading before trying this.

Edit: Since it’s been a while from my initial review, I thought I should make an update. As I mentioned previously, after the adjustments my pain increased to horrible levels and whereas before I could do all sorts of activities, even if I had some pain, after the adjustments the pain incapacitated me so much, that I could barely go to my local Tesco, once in a while. Over two months later, I continue to have atrocious pain – and this while under strong medicine for pain.
I haven’t been able to return to work for all this time, which resulted in losing my job. I’ve become very depressed because of the pain and being unable to do almost anything.
My neck issues continue, in the form of sensitivity and spasms. I have pain in the sole of my right foot, that appeared after the second session with Michael Lezuo, again an issue I had never had in my life prior to that. Also, rib pain after the adjustments.
I was sent for an MRI by the NHS and revealed a huge herniated disc, which according to the medical report is severely pressing on my nerve. I also had symptoms of neurological damage, such as foot drop and foot numbness during August and a good part of September that only recently improved, which makes me wonder, had I taken the MRI earlier, how much bigger, would that herniation have looked on the scan. And mind you, I am still not even in the state I used to be right before the adjustment. Despite my pain growing exponentially after the first, and then the second adjustment Michael Lezuo urged me to continue coming for adjustments.
Either way, my pain is not improving, two months later and again, I wish it was at least at the levels before I went to the chiropractor, because it was manageable, not debilitating like now. I lost months of my life living in horrible pain, my work, I have depression, whereas before I was a happy person, and I fear I am running out of options and will have to face surgery.
I wish I had never stepped into this chiropractor’s office!
