Google Bad Review (2): I experienced very poor customer service with YLB. I was in contact with them for a facial as I saw the brand on Instagram. I enquired about the possible facials they offered of which I was directed to their site and was able to establish exactly which facial would be right for my skin type and queries. I paid £10 for a consultation about my skin to later be told it was a mini consultation and the full consultation will be received on arrival. This was not explicitly made clear, the site says consultation not mini consultation of which one would assume they’d receive a full one. In a nut shell I paid £10 for them to tell me which facials they had available which is already illustrated on their site. I expressed that the wording was misleading, vague and ambiguous. The replies I received were very condescending and patronising. I was belittled and told that I had bad intentions (despite me paying for a service I did not receive) I was also told that it was an error on my part, therefore claiming I was in the wrong. I won’t be recommending this brand or booking with them in the future. Alternatively I’ve found a similar / new facial company called skincareguru where the service so far has been great.
