Google Bad Review 1:  We have been having pet plan with vale vets for about 5 years. Last time we have to call the and check when our door supposed to have check. Finally we find that the door supposed to come 3 month ago !!!! Anather point: ask them about price before the give anything to you pet !

Google Bad Review (2):  My dog was attacked by another dog and took him to vale vet as an emergency. They said there was nothing wrong with him even though he was squealing in pain. We immediately took him to another vet who diagnosed him with multiple puncture wounds… very disappointed with the service and lack of knowledge of this surgery.
