Google Bad Review 1: Arranged a viewing to give me a quote for some work I needed doing in my kitchen and bathroom. Nathan cancelled the first appointment but I gave him the benefit of the doubt even though instinctively I thought that was unreliable. We arranged an appointment for the following day. Nathan promised to email me a quote for the work afterwards. I waited a couple of weeks but heard nothing. I then messaged him regarding this. No response at all, didn't get back to me, so just wasted my time.

I can't believe you are saying I asked for a discount! How ridiculous, of course I didn't ask for a discount!
To say I asked for a kitchen and bathroom to be done for £300 is beyond a joke.
Very clever response in a bid to make it look like I am at fault and not you.
If you wanted a bigger job you could have had the decency to let me know. That was my point.
Very disappointing dishonest response.
A more clever response would have been an apology.
