I returned it but the next time it came back it had new problems, a start up error, broken drive and was freezing. Very unhelpful and tried to blame me. WASTE OF £89!! STILL UPSET ABOUT IT

My Husbands computer was running slowly and overheating and we wanted it to be cleaned up for his new job. Since we lived locally we decided to give them a try, their office is very cute and they have a nice fishtank.

Their diagnosis was a lot of internal dust and sand and they would have to wipe it clean – we agreed. Firstly, they were late with when they said it would be ready. Secondly, their attention to detail is poor. When we went to pick it up they hadn't even put it back together properly- screws were missing!

Then to add insult to injury we booted it up and discovered they re-installed a MS Office 2007 when we had MS Office 2010 (they even asked us beforehand to give us the software key??). The guy we dealt with (who also couldn't speak English properly so communication was a problem) started shouting and arguing with my Husband basically calling him a liar!!!

The owner had to come and resolve the situation (also very poorly) and gave us an insulting £4 discount- £4!!

To say we are angry doesn't even cover it! 2 months later- the laptop is just as slow as it was before and since they ‘cleaned' it my Husband has been getting Google come up in a foreign language and the computer doesn't recognize PDFs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! TRY SOMEONE ELSE- I WISH WE DID AND SAVED £80 🙁
