Google Bad Review (2):  Attempted to discuss accounting services with Pegasus. Arranged an appointment with Anna at 10:30AM. When I arrived I was told no one knew where Anna was or when she would be there. The word traffic came up, but it seemed the person mentioning it didn't really know what had happened and was simply making an excuse. After waiting for 15 minutes with no further information and not knowing how much longer I would need to wait, I decided to leave. All in all, I wasted more than 45 minutes getting there, waiting and coming back. I didn't even get an email apology for my wasted time. Pretty unprofessional of a small business to waste another small business person's time without even an explanation or apology.
