Google Bad Review 1:  Steve gave me a fair quote for laying of Amtico over the phone and agreed on a date for installation and rhat he would meet me at the property on the Saturday morning to inspect personally. He never turned up at the agreed time. Sent him a message. He had clearly gorgotten his appointment, asked if we could reschedule, said he'd call me back and that was the last I heard of him. completely unreliable.

Google Bad Review (2):  very unprofessional, agreed a price, turned up to site realised he would have to scribe floor around a toilet as it couldn't be moved – set in concrete the old fashioned way- so he simply walked off with no explanation got in his van and drove off. I tried to call him and find out where he had gone but simply turn his phone off or was ignoring my number.
This sort of contractor gives us trades a bad reputation I would not recommend him – Steven ? talks with northern accent from Middlesborough apparently.
