Google Bad Review 1:  DO NOT purchase the Groupon deal for keratin treatment plus cut and blowdry for this salon. They won't honour it, there appears to be some miscommunication between the salon and group on.
I purchased the deal and booked in to have the treatment done on Sunday.
After speaking to me on the phone asking about length of hair and physically seeing my hair length on Friday. They have decided on 6pm Saturday to ring me and requesting an extra 20 surcharge on top of the additional £20 charge for cutting hair passing shoulder length in the T&C. Making the total price from 69+20 for hairs over shoulder length into 109 in total. I'm now in the process of getting a refund. Please check with the salon before buying the deal and ringing customers less than 24 hours before the treatment to cancel is just not appropriate.
