My Best Friend Pat Brody was a resident for 11 Years, sometimes the staff thought that all the visitors had left, to their Horror, I was there and I saw how a minority of Staff were Abusing, how can I put it, The Inmates, of course I went absolutely mental, screaming and abusing the people abusing my Best Friend Pat, they always tried to play it down, NO SHE WAS TALKING TO A MEMBER OF STAFF, I DON'T GET IT, YOU DON'T TALK TO ANYONE IN THAT MANOR,
I've seen it all, Familys abandoned Loved Ones, it's a Vicious Circle BUT THEY HAVE TO LIVE WITH THEMSELVES,
