Google Bad Review:  Pretty disappointing service. Particularly for service requests (for Battersea Power Station), and for closing out the flat. We moved overseas (back home) and the Martin team took months to close the flat and return the security deposit. They also provided us with a cleaning company (we paid) and still charged us for cleaning in our security deposit. Martin is not responsive and almost never helpful. Better off trying to go directly to the landlord.
