Google Bad Review 1: I visited Bea for a colour treatment having had highlights elsewhere with which I was very unhappy. Her response was to say that highlights was definitely the way to go, so as I trusted her I went with having more done. £150 later, my hair is like straw and a horrible brassy colour. It will take many hair masques and very many salon visits to gradually introduce any semblance of natural colour into my hair. When i phoned the salon to see if I could come back for colour correction (at my own expense) Bea was incredibly rude and defensive and made some very unkind comments about the quality of my skin and hair. Visiting a hairdresser is meant to be a moral-boosting experience and I can truly say that in 25 years of regular visits to top London salons this was my very worst experience by a county mile. I have waited a month to write this review as I wanted the dust to settle and see how I felt….all I can say is be careful…..

Google Bad Review (2): WHAT A HORRIBLE UPSETTING EXPERIENCE. Yes it was a hair model appointment but there surely there was need to treat me I was trash.
Let me explain… Made a Monday morning appointment a couple of weeks ago and took morning off work as annual leave. Took me over an hour to get to the salon and I was really looking forward to being pampered. However, when I turned up I was rudely told that they do not do model appointments on Monday so not sure why I was booked in. Apparently they had called me 3 times but I have always my phone on, had no missed calls or voicamails whatsoever. I tried showing my phone but was looked down upon. I even had a confirmation text sent the on Saturday (48 hours before) confirming the appointment “You appointment is on 22nd of July at 9:00. We look forward to seeing you then. Please come to… We operate a 24 hours cancellation policy, if yay think you are unable to attend please let us know now, and avoid 50% penalty charge.”
The very least the salon could have done was to actually cancel the appointment! Surely the fact that I got the conformation text shows that they did not cancel. Then once there do not just dismiss me like I am a dog!
