Google Bad Review 1:  Hello, despite their effort for being nice, the service is not professional at all. There were 3 waiters chatting instead of serving customers. The duck roll was the most disgusting sushi I’ve had in my life, soggy rive and tasteless. At least the unlimited miso soup was nice. We ended up hungry and spent 8£ for nothing. Also I’ve asked them about the offer “kids eat free” at a certain time but as my phone died I could not apparently access to the offer.

Google Bad Review (2):  I do not recommend. Yesterday during shopping, we went in for a moment. It was empty so we were hoping for a quick lunch (big mistake!). The salmon was not fresh and had a very unpleasant fishy smell. Chef looked like he was working as punishment. Fortunately, he left in a moment. I already know why there was not a single customer there even though there were a lot of people in the other restaurants in the Brent Cross.

Google Bad Review 1:  Awful…. food and service. So quick to take the money upfront. We were not informed about the kitchen closing at 8.45pm. We were a group of friends who had met afyer 2 yrs (since covid). We had starters and got up to have our main meal at 9pm only to find there was no food expect a few left overs and no desserts except the ice cream. When we spoke to a manager she told us someone should have come to our table to let us know the kitchen was closing soon. No one had Informed us of this at any point.
She then told us she would go to the kitchen and see what she could do…. and never returned for a further 15 mins. At around 9.20pm another supervisor came to our table showing concern when we explained what had happened he told us there were signs telling us the restaurant closes at 9.30pm. Management did not care… turned their backs and walked away.
The food is also of extremely poor quality and selection. Would never ever return or recommend anyone to go to Cosmo in Romford!

Google Bad Review (2):  Went to cosmos on July 30th for my friends dad's birthday and I was disgusted. The food wasn't cooked or it was cold or really dried out as though it had been sat there all week, the staff were miserable, kids were running everywhere without parents and we're sticking there fingers in the deserts and tasting them then putting them back for example the jelly and myself and my family spent the next two days with food poisoning and we chose different foods there but still ended stuck on the toilet , which reminds me the toilets stank and we're not clean , there was no toilet tissue and plenty of unaccompanied children and since the layout allows any one male or female to walk in I made sure I accompanied my children at all times. They said if my children were under 4ft 11 they ate half price seriously a charge on height are you kidding and as for the 1 and a half hour time limit to eat your food that's a joke and they do time you as the party I was with were seated around six ish and by half 7 the staff were constantly hanging around although they never said anything you could tell they wanted us gone won't be visiting again

Google Bad Review 1:  We were staying as hotel guests. The first night we were eating in the restaurant, the food is really nice but the service is slow and highly unprofessional. Warm wine and champagne. 100£ of service charge which were added to the bill are totally over the top wouldn’t have paid a quarter of that for the given quality of service. They were switching us from the restaurant to the bar by 11 pm and we had to pay another service charge there since we were ordering more drinks.
Drinks and food are good but with having a horrible restaurant and bar manager the whole staff is a mess and I would never come here again unless I wanna have a looong night with noo drinks

Google Bad Review 1:  We spend £65 between 3 people in sushi and we pay part of the service but because we didn't want to pay it all the owner insulted us sayign that if we didn't have money we do not come to his place and asked us to get out in front of everybody. Never being more embarrased in my life. We were three girls and we got scared, he literally pushed us out of the premises. The rest of the staff was friendly but the owner or manager lost it when we said we didn't want to pay the full service. Literally £5 missing.

Google Bad Review 1:  Yeah, Ok, Covid and all that, but whats the actual reason for completely removing the person to person checkout? This seems like such a backwards decision and not as “customer friendly” as you might think. Collecting the food from the chilled section and then having to again select the chosen items from the checkout screens was just an unnecessary addition to the checkout process. This process would make sense if you had to actually prepare the food in the kitchen and the customer had to wait, there is no need for this complexity.

It doesn't help that the person behind the counter (where the checkout should actually be) was rude. You expect better from ITSU Staff.

The absolute cherry on the top of this experience, was the over priced and, quite frankly, flavourless “sushi” that's being sold. It was bland and not enjoyed. The avocado was not ripe and very firm. Unfortunately the avocado is in 90% of the choices so there no getting around that. Standards have certainly slipped.

Wasabi is just down the road, save your money, time and most importantly, tastebuds.

Google Bad Review (2):  Cheap, poor quality food dressed up to look acceptable. Two words. Grey Chicken! God only knows what floor this connective tissue/meat looks like it was scraped off, but for the price.. it's insult to injury. Add to that the fact that my food was lukewarm and you might see where I'm coming from. Do yourself a favour and avoid the potential health hazard- Head up the road to Wasabi instead.(30 sec walk) give this one a miss guys. Honestly, so off-putting. I would put up a photo of what I got, but honestly, Its not worth spoiling your appetite as well!
