Google Bad Review 1:  Started well until I paid the deposit, nice people but terrible process.
Then they didn't send out the tenancy agreement until a month after I paid and signed up for the apartment and it didn't reflect the points in the original contract.
Worse than that they signed “on behalf of” the landlord (you can't do that), which means the landlord is not bound by any of the terms and said he hasn't even read it. Great!
Now they won't return my calls and the result is I have a load of furniture to store for 18 months, from what should have been an unfurnished flat.
Nice one Stirling Ackroyd.

Google Bad Review (2):  **Worst agent for students looking for a flat**
We are a group of students who has used this agent to find a flat in Holborn. The agent has always rushed us when explaining our agreement, poor attitude when asking for explanation. We are students who lack experience in flat hunting, we are not unwilling to pay but we want to know what we are agreeing to. They took advantage of our lack of experience and we figure out that there weren't willing to provide help.
