Google Bad Review 1:  Horrible place to live. We had police on our doorstep looking for the landlord who was avoiding fines and ignoring notices served to him for not carrying out safety works on the property. The fridge was full of mould and I was told there would be no replacement and to get out if I didn't like it. Constantly threatened by the landlord. We had burglars and asked for extra protection on the doors and were laughed at and told to leave by the landlord if we didn't feel safe.

Google Bad Review (2):  Was threatened by the owner Victor, had to call the police when he attempted to assault me for not leaving the property when asking why repairs were incomplete. Had to share one toilet, one shower and one small fridge with 8 people in the house. He could not afford to pay the power bills so the power was cut off every 3 days and he would make tenants top up the power metre or force us to live with no power. Absolute scam artist.
