Google Bad Review 1:  I had very unpleasant experience with this company. I called them to ask if they could manufacture a huge project for the company I work for. They women on the phone said they not interested and hand up on me. Twice. Without asking what's the project is about.

Google Bad Review (2):  We as a family had been planning to order a memorial headstone, from their standard catalogue since November 2017 and we had been given a quote for this. They then had staff changes and the professional lady working there retired. We had started again to carry on from where we left off with the new assistant who also left. Recently a new receptionist started Unfortunately,things have been handled badly for us since then . First thing she demanded was 50% deposit payment before we had even finalised the order. She did not even send an invoice until we asked. of course we would expect to pay a deposit once we agree fully on the final order. Communication was unprofessional and amatuerish and we finally lost confidence in them. Especially when they jumped the original quote more than 100% with NO explanation given. Casually just saying ‘ its gone up in price in 9 months'! Its a pity when you lose trust and she really did not care or even have relevant training for this kind of service. I would not advise them for memorial stone work that requires a professional approach. Go to an expert please
