Takes 7 days to diagnose a broken screen (which was included on the initial request) and receive a email from them saying that they need to order the stock from there supplier.

That would be fine although they are currently having issues with getting a eta from the supplier. The call centre is a 3rd party and therefore you cant directly speak to the company to get a realistic time frame to understand when they will get a eta or even any understanding of when they will get the screen.

the T&Cs say it could be 4weeks from when they receive a response from there supplier. I am therefore currently in a place where i cant speak to anyone from the entity they can hold my phone for a undetermined amount of time and even when i get a response it could be a further 4 weeks for them to get the screen.

To get the phone back I am required to pay a fee for diagnostics (when all they have essentially done is confirmed that the screen is broken) when the issue is essentially that there is no possible way for me to get a timeframe for the fix despite the issues being on there end and i need to pay to get it back.

As such i have given a 1* as my phone has essentially been held at ransom and communication with the entity is poor.

If the system works fine its a good company to use however if there are any issues your screwed

Google Bad Review (2):  Had my Fitbit sensa 3 for 6 weeks, from late Jan to early March. They advised they could fix it and the parts were being sent. Then I received a cancellation of repair with a £6.90 charge to send my Fitbit back to me.
Really disappointed and really quite frustrated with the time it took to contact me. Won’t use again.
