Google Bad Review 1:  Had a terrible experience a few days back when I ordered food for a Diwali get together on the 5th. We ordered an Egg Biryani, Veg Kofta curry and Egg curry along with Naan. We had to throw the entire meal away apart from the Naans as it was no fit for consumption. We had to re-order food for our guests as the currries were under cooked to the point where you can taste the raw masala in gravy, almost like it was uncooked. The kofta tasted like a medicine, and the egg biryani too had raw masala in it, like the rice were simple tossed with masala and packed. I normally never write reviews like these, but I was shocked as the restaurant is well reviewed, but it seemed like someone who has never cooked before had prepared that meal, which was impossible to eat. Both the curries and the side dish given with Biryani tasted the same!! Since complaining to Uber eats never does anything, and it really did ruin our night, and no action was really taken, I had to share it here. Not sure if the restaurant had a bad night, or it was our luck, but quite possible the worst meal I have ever ordered.

Google Bad Review 1:  My first review and unfortunatly a bad one… Agree to dave's review. This is the second bad experience i've had with her. First time i went in the afternoon and she was playing on the gambling machine. My friends rang the bell several times and she didn't take any notice. When i told her, she finished her game and then opened the door. She constantly pressures people for drinks and yes there was a fly in my collegues drink and she argued and charged us for a replacement. I was a regular till i moved out the area and uncle is a very nice man but his wife is a different story. She is very rude and very bossy, i spoke to a few regulars who i used to drink with and they have moved to other places because of the lady. I felt very embarassed in front of my boss and collegue as i recomended this place for our companies annual christmas dinner.

I was sitting in the corner enjoying music and the lady owner came to me and said i can't sit here for so long and only have 1 drink. If i was in restuarent i would understand, but i was in bar. It was very sad as other people hear what she say. Luckly i was recording a song on my mobile phone and have a recording of her telling me off. With the TVs and flags, it should be a great place to watch football/the world cup – unfortunately, the staff systematically underpour measures of spirits and beer (something one of the staff members indicated they've been told to do by the manager/supervisor).

The manager/supervisor (man behind the bar in a white shirt with an earpiece during the England v Colombia game) was extraordinarily rude and ruined our experience, he was also the worst for underpouring our spirits and beers repeatedly. Is it really worth cheating a group that spent £100s out of 10ml of spirits or 1cm of beer?

They clearly think people are stupid enough not to notice underpoured drinks. However, a group of 9 of us decided not to buy any more drinks and leave early (originally we had planned to stay there all evening). We now wont be returning here again and by the sounds of similar complaints made by other groups near us, many more won't be returning here because of these dodgy practices.

If you're reading this looking for somewhere to go in Camden …AVOID THIS BAR! There's plenty of better places nearby – The Camden Head is 1min down the road.

Google Bad Review 1:  We were told everything will be done to meet your satisfaction when we requested for particular type of setting of table arrangement, sound system, colour combination, food/snacks, timings, etc. As we were advised, we visited the place to finalize with the owner/manager, all things changed and we were told, pretty much each item we wanted was will be an additional charge of 150 pounds!
When we arrived for the function, the place was stinking like we were in a worse public washroom and the table were arranged in totally different (round vs square), The stage centre table and the backdrop were also totally different. Although, things got re-arranged to some of our satisfaction, these caused more than an hour delay in starting the function.
The mic system was not available for tabla or violin players .

The washrooms are kind of in the party hall and there were no close doors or walls to prevent the bad odour from these bathrooms!! After a few requests, they sprayed and kept the door open to get some fresh air but for the visitors from Toronto, they seem to be unbelievable and unacceptable! The owner has four halls. They should know enough to, at least, do the minimum to prevent such unfortunate experiences that could have been avoided with some simple measures. We all like the snacks and food. The bar was also conducted professionally.

Google Bad Review (2):  The worst staffs I habe experienced for a long time. There was a guy at the reception, I asked him for some information. Was extremely rude and the body language just shows he is not happy to talk to you. He may even made some racist comments as well which I over heard. I said hi and thank you at the end and he didnt even bother replying. I tried to get his name but did not have a name badge. Definitely not going back there. Could have been a great but the staffs need to replaced and monitored.
