Google Bad Review 1:  I went for an ear wax removal, the “specialist” checked my ear and it didn't take her two minutes, she told me there was no wax, took me out of the office and charged me $30 for it. This person didn't even try to give any scientific explanation, she didn't care about the customer at all and on top of that she has the nerve to charge for that. Terrible, I do not recommend this place.
