Google Bad Review: I have never EVER experienced something as unprofessional as what happened here with Integrum. Been dealing with a rat issue for over a year, and thought they were going to save us from it! After the survey, they pointed at the neighbours. After investigation this issue, we figured it is not coming from the neighbours. Been trying to call them for over 3 weeks, have left my phone number for over 12 times where I was promised a call back everyday. And I have just found out they have blocked my number – as I am able to ring them with any other telephone except from mine + I had to send them some evidence through whatsapp, which is down now as well after being blocked! The ladies at the reception keep telling me I will be called back, which is just a true lie. I feel like I have been messed around with, and blocking my phone number is the absolute lowest they can do!!
