Google Bad Review 1: Terrible communication. Management are badly organised, make frequent mistakes and lie and refuse to take accountability when this happens. Some of the carers have very bad communication skills and don’t speak English to a good enough level, I don’t know how they can employ people in this position with such poor language skills as it is a risk to the disabled people they’re looking after. It is terrible. One of them has been absolutely horrendous as a carer too. I have made complaints about carers before but nothing happens. A few carers here are really nice and good at their job. Sadly it is such a struggle to work with the company though, I would not recommend this care company at all! Expect many problems, mistakes, miscommunications, lies from management, lack of accountability when things go wrong, and very bad English language skills. Not ideal at all when you’re looking for a care company to make your life easier! It makes things harder and much more stressful.
