Google Bad Review:  We had a terrible experience with this company. The plumber they sent to us was extremely rude and unhelpful.

The first thing he said when we opened the door was the rate he was doing to charge us. The second thing he did was informing us that he had started counting the time. And the third thing he did was complaining the traffic on his way here.

The job was just a simple flexible tap tails replacing. I could have done it by myself but I was abroad at the time and my wife couldn't do it. The plumber spent 30 minutes walking between the bathroom and his van for a number of times, searching his tools and making phone calls, which made us feel he was deliberately spending as much time as possible to increase the fee.

He complained about the leaked water (very small residual amount from the pipe) getting his socks wet (well almost). He asked my wife to sort it out in a rude way. He also said my father-in-law's coughing didn't sound right and asked him to keep away. Yes he has lung cancer, what a good guess by him!

After checking his progress of the 30 minutes which was absolutely nothing done, my wife decided to ask him to leave. It was a right decision as by the progress he had in the first 30 minutes the whole job would easily charge us £500 at least.

We ended up with paying £70 for the unproductive 30 minutes, an ‘untouched' water tap and a disappointing and hurtful experience.
