Google Bad Review 1: I bought an ex-display kitchen from the director of Trevi Home. The kitchen was delivered in January 2020. The kitchen I bought included two specific items which were not originally on display, a Corian top for a kitchen island and an an ex-display Miele fridge. The Corian top delivered to me was the wrong size, 400mm shorter than agreed in writing, and useless for its intended purpose. The director was not willing to replace it. The Miele fridge delivered is unfit for use. It has corrosion and rust at the back; it was filthy, dented and damaged. The rust and corrosion, according to the director, is precisely “normal”. My attempts to have the situation partially rectified, by asking for either the top or the fridge to be replaced or refunded, have been ignored. There has been no apology. The director is no longer responding to messages. Future potential customers of this firm may wish to take note of my experience.

Google Bad Review (2): Adel and Co when we brought the kitchen were more than helpful and the price was spot on. The problem lies that it took 18 months to replace a faulty corner unit and when speaking to Adel many times plus 8 what's app messages in which i only had one reply he promised his installers would come round to rectify the problem. The replacement insides did arrive but had to find at my cost someone to install correctly although asking 3 times. The price was nice but service sub par. Unit now installed correctly, kitchen is good. I will say they used unused granite from kitchen tops and used as window tops. I would give 5 stars but after market and 18 month delay takes away stars.
