Google Bad Review 1: Extremely poor service led to us terminating our contract. They then attempted to invoice us for a notice period that exceeded the prescribed term. Issued proceedings against us when we refused to pay and took it to Court. Fortunately we stood our ground and succeeded at trial when their claim was dismissed.
Overall a deeply unpleasant experience. Would advise others to be wary and not to be intimidated into backing down in the face of their legal threats.

Google Bad Review (2): Terrible company. Do not allow these liars clean for you.
They are the worst cleaning company in the UK.
They employ cleaners that will turn up when they want and if they want to. This company will tie you into a contract and you will have problems getting out of it. All they want is your money but certainly will not be able to provide you with a professional cleaning service as it’s not them doing the cleaning.
All you have to do is read all the terrible reviews on here as the majority of them are telling the truth.
The only positive reviews on here are from people on the inside(who work for the company itself). Lol.
So just be careful.

And give another cleaning company your money!!!
Don’t give it to them nor sign a contract with them as even if you have evidenace to prove you are not getting the service you expect, they will tie you into a contract that you will find it difficult to get out of.
