Google Bad Review 1:  Went in to get some printing done for my partner (a frequent customer) and got the worst customer service experience ever. “too busy” to deal with my request and “aw…” mocking me for coming in instead of my partner who is recovering from surgery. A new girl was kindly trying to help me but her rude manager (?) barged in saying she is wasting her time.
Its a shame to leave a local business but we won't be coming in again.

Google Bad Review (2):  I was provided the wrong quote .(16 pages instead of 12) Upon trying to clarify the situation with a polite email in reference to the telephone conversation. I was sent an extremely patronising and condescending email – explaining to me 10 cannot be divided by 4. Which I found strangely irrelevant as 12 is a multiple of 4.

I considered leaving a 3 star review as a single employee cannot be reflective of an entire company.

Imagine my shock when I realised I was communicating with the managing director.

As the managing director of a hotel and property group I find it abhorrent that someone in a similar senior position would have such contempt and disdain for potential customers.

Regardless of what industry you work in – manners go a long way.
