Google Bad Review (2): Avoid avoid avoid, was told I was approved for car finance only to be told a few days later that the lender would not lend to my area!!!!! Then I was offered a new agreement with a very high apr subject to checks, they requested payslips then asked my next months payslips, so I would have to wait because of my circumstances I told them that those circumstances would not change therefore declined my application(fair enough if that’s their policy) but this process took almost a month! I found a much better deal and was sorted with a new car in less than 48 hours. However on looking at my credit file 6 hard searches had been carried out when I only authorised 1! I emailed customer services to ask if they would remove the searches and I was told no they can’t do that my credit score has taken a hell of a beating due to dsg and I’m now having to raise disputes with equifax to try to get the unauthorised hard searches removed .
