Google Bad Review:  What a horrendous and disgusting experience. I would call it SW16 ROOMS of Elm Street really. To start with, I booked a room in Norbury, but was given another in Tooting, and guess what filthy stairs and filthy room. Half of my room had no wood flooring. To my horror, the next morning, most of my body had bug bites and I was even bitten in my ear would you believe????? I tried to call the owner, he never picks up his mobile. When I went to the hospital they gave me some kind of cream only and said there was nothing they could do for me. Truly, it was an experience from HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have evidence of what I said just in case. The bites were quite itchy too.
