Google Bad Review (2):  Purchased a picture canvas as a last minute gift for my father's birthday.. as it said next day delivery. The Only website on Google that would do next day delivery.. I paid 50£ total and it did not deliver the next day. Day 2 it arrived. And it is small poor quality.

I called the company on the day of delivery to ask when it would come to my house. The delivery company was with hermes and I was staying in for this particularly delivery (and its my dad's birthday!). She was hopeless and not helpful. I asked her to contact hermes and track it when she did they said it was too large for the van.. Ridiculous because its small and would fit in anyone's car.

I have asked via email for some credit back for inconvenience and disappointment and no reply as yet. I would not use or recommend this company to anyone.
